You will need:
– 2 x 50g jars
– Clean spoon or chopstick to stir
– Basmati rice
– Jumbo oats
– Honey
– Sea salt (fine)
– Fresh mint and ginger
– Sharp knife
– Essential oils: peppermint, ginger, grapefruit, geranium, orange
– Grapeseed oil
– Argan oil
– Castor sugar
– Tablespoon and teaspoon measures
– Coffee grinder or nutribullet
– Small bowls x 2

Stream to Beam with Yoga’na Flow8:30 am

A 20-minute virtual mandala flow for all levels. This flow aims to release the heart and hips. We will circle our mats opening our hips and stretching into the front body, modifications offered  for everyone. Yoga’na beam after this practice!
