Frequently asked questions

Tickets and Timings

Classes are SOLD OUT; how do I book Class Tickets?

We are sorry to hear that you were unable to book onto any of the pre-bookable workshops at the festival. These workshops were on a first come first served basis and therefore several have already sold out; however please visit the Box Office onsite when you visit the festival as there will be a select number of additional tickets released each day! Please do note that even if you are unable to book onto any of the workshops there is still so much to see and do across the festival, all completely free and included in your ticket. These include all Live Talks and Podcasts at the Talk Stage, all Community Stage Classes, access to the Shopping Sperry and Food Vendors, plus so much more!

What ticket types are available?

There are three type of tickets available to buy – day tickets, VIP tickets and Childrens’ tickets (Sundays only). VIP tickets are available as either an AM VIP ticket or a PM VIP ticket. Both options include a general admission day ticket to the festival plus the VIP package content. Customers only need to purchase the AM or PM ticket, not both. Please see website for full VIP package details. Happy Place is a full/one day experience, with two dates to choose from. Although there will be slight changes between the schedule for each day, it won’t differ greatly.

What’s included in general admission price?

Entry includes access to talks, shopping and classes/activities at the Community Stage. There will also be food and drink available to buy and places to relax. There will be further classes and workshops that you can book at an additional cost.
