Finding my superpowers with Little Tweaks
In "Finding my Superpowers," participants will embark on an enriching journey with Kiki the mouse and the rest of her Little Tweaks pals, exploring mindfulness techniques and self-discovery through engaging storytelling. The story: As Kiki faces a tree-climbing emergency with his friends, participants will learn to find humour and resilience in challenging situations, reflecting on their own unique strengths and abilities.
The Mindfulness Practice: The workshop introduces the mindfulness technique of positive affirmations, encouraging families to complete prompts that foster self-awareness and positive thinking. Through self-affirmation exercises, children will leave the workshop with renewed confidence in their superpowers and a deeper understanding of the magic that is inside each and everyone of them!

Together, the Little Tweaks learn to navigate a myriad of challenges and uncertainties in Thistledown Forest with the support of mindful exercises, meditation, positive affirmations, breath work, and the unwavering support of each other.
