Rocket Yoga (The rebel yogi's choice) is rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa and was developed in the 80’s by Larry Schultz who, after spending many years with his teacher Phattabi Jois, formed a new intuitive type of yoga: “The Rocket”, a free flowing, dynamic class focusing on strength as well as flexibility.

Larry named the sequences The Rocket because it gets you there faster. Where? wherever you want to be - the beauty about the practice and the way it is taught, is that everyone gets to do what they want.

Join Jade for a 45 minute elements flow, working through the mandala elements of water, fire earth and air. This class is suitable for all levels and will incorporate grounding forward folds with fiery twists, working with stretching and strengthening hamstrings and hips. The perfect blend for an afternoon flow on the mat. The class will also end with a gorgeous savasana with essential oils.

Laughter Yoga for Happiness and Stress Relief with Sara Kay

Laughter Yoga is a series of simulated laughter exercises that involve engaging your diaphragm to produce deep, hearty belly laughter with deep Yogic breathing, to boost inner joy, happiness, energy, and motivation. There’s a huge amount of stress melted too. It’s no wonder why they say laughter is the best medicine – you’ll also top up your immune system here whilst having fun, gaining confidence, and personal growth. Best of all you don’t have to be happy to come along!

Sara Kay, of Serious Laughter, came into the world of Laughter Yoga whilst struggling with depression in 2016. Proof that Laughter Yoga helps give mental strength.

Please note, there can be some discomfort if you have eaten a meal just before this Laughter session so it is advised to eat at least 1 hour beforehand to feel more comfortable.

to move creatively, and freely. This is a 45 minute session open to all yoga levels, Shay adapts her classes to suit all needs and abilities as she is also trained in inclusive and accessible Yoga.

This class will be a combination of all the things that managed to get my chaotic brain to find peace on and off the mat and will be a yoga class like NO OTHER! Begin with an energising breathwork sequence, a dynamic and fun vinyasa flow and end with a confidence boosting meditation. The true purpose of my classes lies in enabling individuals to discover their strength and have some fun along the way! Come as you are to this yoga and hypnotherapy workshop designed to calm your nervous system and soothe your mind. As you tune into your body we’ll explore the idea of contentment by moving through a series of gentle stretches, slow flows and muscles strengthening postures. You'll find moments of stillness as we pause throughout the practice to open up the opportunity to ask yourself how you can find peace with where you are right now.
